This privacy notice explains how Peter McGuire (referred to as “I” or “me”) handles any personal information you provide through this website.
Who I am
I’m Peter McGuire, a counsellor and breathwork facilitator in training, qualifying in summer 2027. From September 2027 I’ll be offering counselling, breathwork, and integrated sessions in [Town].

What information I collect
At this stage, this website is a holding page and does not have any forms, analytics, or tracking tools installed. If you choose to email me using the address above, I will receive your name, email address, and whatever information you choose to share in your message.
How I use your information
I use the information you send me only to reply to your enquiry. I do not share it with anyone else, add you to any mailing list, or use it for marketing.
How long I keep your information
If you email me and decide not to work with me, I will delete our correspondence within a reasonable period, typically within three months. If we go on to work together, your information will be handled under the fuller privacy notice that will be in place when my practice opens.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask me what information I hold about you, to correct it, or to ask me to delete it. You can do this by emailing me at the address above.
If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this notice
This notice will be replaced with a fuller version when my practice opens in September 2027. Any significant changes will be noted here.
